Think about getting out of deep thoughts even if it causes brain strain. Be ready to make a run for the money even if you don't have any. Get out and about and make good use of your time even if it's in polite conversation with neighbors or relatives. You may go to the twilight zone, but make sure to get a ticket back. Say no way to trouble or at least push it out of the way if possible.
